Wellman AS started distribution of LOREAL products in Estonia 1993, in Latvia 1994 and in Lithuania 1995. Distribution and logistics of LOREAL group in the entire  Baltics region until 2007. Turnover of the Group for the last years of operation far exceeded 100 M EEK and net profitability reached 17% p.a. Company had own equity only, with zero borrowings. The business was sold to LOREAL for 10% of last active year’s Wellman Group turnover.
